a) When you make an enquiry. When you complete the quote form on this site, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and information about your property and the boiler work you need (service needed, boiler age, property type, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, timescale).
b) Advertising attribution. If you arrive from a Google advert, we receive a Google click identifier (for example gclid) so we can measure which adverts lead to enquiries. This is only used with your consent (see section 7).
c) Site-usage information. With your consent, our analytics tools collect how you use the page (pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, and anonymised session recordings with text and inputs masked).

We never sell your information. Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where that happens, transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards (such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them. In practice that means 24 months from your last contact with us, after which we delete or anonymise them — unless we must keep something longer for a legal reason (for example, installation and warranty records).

The quote form on this page is provided through Perspective; it sets its own strictly-necessary cookies needed to run the form. Until you accept analytics, Google’s tag runs in a cookieless mode (no information is stored on your device) and Microsoft Clarity does not load at all.
